This was a hit with my family and makes a bunch. I used a 13″X 9″ casserole dish, and we had plenty of leftovers for another night. This is good comfort food for any night of the week.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 10.75 oz. can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 16 oz. container sour cream
  • 3/4 cup bacon bits or crumbled bacon I used Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Pieces
  • 32 ounce bag Frozen Tater Tots

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with non stick baking spray. Set aside.
  • Brown ground beef and onion together until no longer pink. Drain.
  • Add meat and onion, cheese soup, shredded cheese, sour cream, bacon, and tater tots in a large bowl. Stir until mixed thoroughly.
