Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas are quick, easy and packed with oven roasted flavor. These are sure to become a family favorite.
Many weeknights it’s usually around 5:30 when I get home from work. As I am driving home, I am thinking hard about what I could possibly cook for dinner and if my family would notice if I didn’t cook at all!! 😉 Well, yes they would! So Tonight, Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas came to mind.
This dish is super easy to prepare, and I usually have all of the ingredients in my refrigerator and pantry. And that is definitely a win-win! 🙂
Fajitas are a favorite for my family, and when I am looking for something quick, or I am not sure what to cook for dinner, some kind of Mexican dish usually ends up on the table.
I had yellow and orange peppers, so I used them. You can certainly brighten up the recipe by throwing some green peppers in the mix. Again, use what you have. This is what makes this dish easy to prepare and gets dinner on the table fast!

Feel free to add whatever toppings you like. We usually have lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa and sour cream to top our fajitas.
Sometimes I just eat it with tortilla chips and skip the wrap altogether. It’s entirely up to you!
This dish will not disappoint. Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas are awesome, and the clean up is too! One pan is all you need to cook this dish and one pan to clean up when dinner is done!! If you line your pan with foil, the clean up is even easier. 🙂
