Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
Chicken, cream cheese, vegetables, and Ranch deliver an amazing pot of soup perfect for a weeknight meal, ball games, or family gatherings. Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili is right on time--every time.
- 4 boneless chicken breasts or 6-8 chicken tenders
- 1 can whole kernel corn undrained
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can rotel tomatoes undrained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 package dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 package chili powder
- 2 cups chcken broth
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Place chicken in the crockpot. Add corn, black beans, Rotel tomatoes, diced tomatoes, dry ranch mix, chili powder, and chicken broth. Stir well.
Add cream cheese to the top of the mixture. Add lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
After the cooking time has been completed, take out the chicken, shred with a fork, and return to the crockpot. Mix well.
Add shredded cheese to the top of each bowl.
Serve with crackers or cornbread.
