Crock Pot Corn on the Cob is a great side dish for any occasion. With just a few items and very little prep work, you will have fresh corn for your family or any summer time cookout.

Ingredients

  • 10-12 ears of corn on the cob
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 Stick butter
  • Water to cover corn
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • If using frozen corn, place corn in crock pot. If using fresh corn; husk corn, remove silks, cut in half, put in crock pot.
  • Add butter and salt.
  • Cover with water.
  • Set crock pot to high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  • When finished cooking, remove corn. Add more butter to each piece and season with salt and pepper.
