Oreo Cookie Balls {3 Ingredients}

Delicious little bite-sized dessert treats covered in a vanilla or chocolate almond bark. Perfect for a snack, holiday treat, or party.

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce package Oreo Cookies crushed to crumbs
  • 1 8 ounce block Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1 24 ounce package Almond Bark white vanilla or chocolate

Instructions

  • Dump the cookies into a food processor or zip-top bag. Pulse or crush the cookies until crumbs.
  • Transfer the cookie crumbs to a large mixing bowl and add the softened cream cheese.
  • Mix well.
  • Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop the balls to the desired size. Roll the balls slightly, if desired, for a round shape.
  • Place the balls on wax/parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Place the balls into the freezer for about 15 minutes while you melt the Almond Bark or chocolate.
  • Melt the Almond Bark/Chocolate according to package directions or until smooth and melted.
  • Remove the Oreo balls from the freezer. Dip each ball in the Almond Bark/chocolate and place it back onto the wax/parchment paper to dry.
  • Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
