Ingredients
415 oz. cansWhole Kernel Corndrained
112 oz. packagebaconcooked till crispy and crumbled
1/3cupgreen onions diced
1jalapenodiced and seeded
1 1/2TablespoonsLime Juicefresh
1cupscheddar cheeseshredded
3/4cupRanch Dressing
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoon eachpepper and garlic powder
Instructions
Fry bacon. Crumble and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the drained corn, bacon, onions, jalapeno, cheese, lime juice, and seasonings. Stir well.
