Creamy Coleslaw
This is The Best and Easiest Creamy Coleslaw for your next cookout, bbq, or get-together. It's deliciously creamy with the perfect balance of flavors.

Ingredients
- 2 14 oz. packages Classic Coleslaw Mix
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced and seeds removed optional
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Start with 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise and stir. Add more until you get your desired consistency.
Jalapeno Peppers are optional.
You can use dill pickle relish if so desired.
