- 1 5 ounce package Yellow Rice
- 1 15 ounce can Whole Kernel Corn drained
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1 10 ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook rice according to package directions. Omit butter.
Combine rice with corn, butter, and soup in a bowl; mix well.
Spoon into a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot, bubbly and cheese melts.
