Ingredients

  • 1 5 ounce package Yellow Rice
  • 1 15 ounce can Whole Kernel Corn drained
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 10 ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Cook rice according to package directions. Omit butter.
  • Combine rice with corn, butter, and soup in a bowl; mix well.
  • Spoon into a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot, bubbly and cheese melts.
