Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Rinse wings and pat dry with a paper towel.
Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
Place a roasting wire rack on the foil lined pan.
Spray the rack with cooking spray.
Place wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Drizzle wings with oil rubbing to coat them and sprinkle them with seasonings.
Place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until done.
Remove from the roasting rack to a large bowl and cover with wing sauce. Place on a serving platter and serve with carrots, celery, and ranch dressing.
