Creamy Southwestern Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken cooked and diced
  • 12 ounces spiral pasta noodles
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese I used 4 Cheese Mexican Style
  • 1 10oz. can Condedsed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10oz. can Condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 16oz. jar Salsa Verde
  • 1 small onion chopped

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir in pasta. Mix well.
  • Transfer to a greased 13" X 9" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated and bubbly.
  • Serve with garlic bread, a salad, or Cheesy Stuffed Jalapenos.
