Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 onion
  • 2 14.5 ounce cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables carrots, corn, greeen beans, peas
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 quart water

Instructions

  • In a large pot, brown beef, sausage, and onion. Drain.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for about an hour.
  • Serve with cornbread or crackers.
