Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas are an easy and fast weeknight supper! Chicken, peppers, and onions are tossed together on one pan and roasted in the oven. Easy to assemble and easy to clean up.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced or cut into chunks
  • 2 Bell Peppers sliced, any color
  • 2 Onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
  • olive oil to drizzle over top

Instructions

  • Line a sheet pan with foil for easy clean up. Spray with nonstick spray.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Slice or chop chicken into chunks and place on pan.
  • Slice bell peppers and place on pan.
  • Slice onions and place on pan.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle taco seasoning over the top of the chicken and vegetables. Toss to evenly coat.
  • Place in the oven and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
