Ingredients
4boneless, skinless chicken breastsliced or cut into chunks
2Bell Pepperssliced, any color
2Onionssliced
2tablespoonsTaco seasoning
olive oilto drizzle over top
Instructions
Line a sheet pan with foil for easy clean up. Spray with nonstick spray.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice or chop chicken into chunks and place on pan.
Slice bell peppers and place on pan.
Slice onions and place on pan.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the top of the chicken and vegetables. Toss to evenly coat.
Place in the oven and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
