olive oil
Old Bay Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Instructions
Brush the salmon with olive oil coating well.
Sprinkle Old Bay Garlic & Herb Seasoning on Salmon.
Press seasoning into salmon and coat well.
Heat up a cast iron grill pan until it is HOT. Drop two tablespoons of butter into the skillet and once melted, add the salmon. Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes. Do not move the fish. This will allow the fish to get a nice blackened coat. The time depends on how thick your fish is. Flip when it has blackened on the first side and cook the second side until it has blackened as well. I cooked my salmon for 4 minutes on each side until blackened. The cooking time depends on how thick your salmon is.
