Ingredients
8ouncesBaby Spinach
2cupsStrawberriessliced
1cupDried Cranberries
½Red Onionthinly sliced
1cupToasted Pecansrough chopped
Dressing:
¾cupVegetable Oil
¼cupApple Cider Vinegar
½cupSugar
1teaspoonDijon Mustard
1teaspoonSalt
Instructions
Make the salad dressing. Add all ingredients for the salad dressing to a Mason jar. Add a tight-fitting lid and shake well. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Shake again before serving.
Prep all the ingredients. Slice the strawberries and onion. Toast the pecans.
Toss all of the salad ingredients. Add the dressing (*see tip below). Serve.
Notes
