Ingredients
114.75 ounce canPink Salmon
1egg
1Tablespoonmayonnaise
½oniondiced
¼cupflour
¼cupcornmeal
salt and pepperto taste
crushed red pepper flakesoptional
Instructions
Open salmon and drain. Place in a large bowl. Remove bones and skin, and flake with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Shape the salmon mixture into small patties or make a little bigger - about the size of an average burger.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place uncooked patties in a single layer of hot oil. Depending on the size of your patties–Cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Adjust your time depending on the thickness of each patty.
Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve immediately.
