Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 21 ounce can Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1 20 ounce can Pineapple Tidbits OR Crushed Pineapple with Juice
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Dump a can of pineapple and juice into the baking dish.
  • Dump a can of Cherry Pie Filling over the top of the pineapple.
  • Mix the pineapple and pie filling together.
  • Sprinkle cake mix over the top of the cherry pie filling and pineapple mixture. Using the back of a spoon, gently spread the cake mix over the fruity mixture pressing down gently to slightly wet the cake mix.
  • Thinly slice the butter and arrange evenly over the top of the cake mix.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until the top is golden brown. Serve warm.
