Seasonings of Choicegarlic powder, lemon pepper, Lawry's Seasoning
110 1/2 ounce canCondedsed cream of mushroom soup
1/2cupmilk
Instructions
Season both sides of your pork chops with your favorite seasonings. I used garlic powder, lemon pepper, and Lawry's Seasoning.
Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and allow to get hot.
Add pork chops to the skillet.
Brown 3-4 minutes on each side drain off excess grease. You are not cooking them completely- You are just browning them on both sides.
In a bowl mix together 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1/2 cup milk. Stir until combined.
In the same skillet (oven proof) or transfer to a baking dish--Pour soup mixture over pork chops. Cover skillet or baking dish with foil. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Then uncover and continue baking for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
