Ingredients
1canlight red kidney beansdrained and rinsed
1canblack beansdrained and rinsed
1/2smalloniondiced
2tomatoesdiced
1/3cupseasoned rice vinegar
1/3cupolive oil
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
In a serving bowl, add the drained and rinsed beans, onion, and tomatoes.
