Ingredients

  • 4-5 Bone-In Pork Chops
  • 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon each Lemon Pepper, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper

Instructions

  • Line a 13" x 9" baking dish with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Pat dry pork chops with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, mix brown sugar and seasonings.
  • Rub seasonings over pork chops on both sides, pressing into the meat.
  • Place in prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  • Once pork chops have cooked, turn the oven to broil. Broil for 3-4 minutes to caramelize brown sugar.
