Ingredients
2-3pound bagCollard GreensFrozen, washed, chopped OR Fresh Greens
Ham PiecesCooked leftover ham works great
Seasonings of choice
Water Enough water to cover, chicken broth may be used
Instructions
Place collards in the crock pot, add ham pieces, season, and cover with water or broth.
Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
Notes
*If you are using salty meat such as ham or salt pork, no additional salt may be needed.
