Ingredients
10Hard Boiled Eggs
½cupcelerydiced
1smalloniondiced (½ cup)
⅓cupsweet pickle relish
¾cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsbrown mustardDijon, or yellow
salt & black pepperto taste
½teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Boil, peel, chop, and slightly mash eggs in a large bowl. Add all ingredients and stir well. Eat immediately or store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
