Ingredients
28oz.cream cheeseroom temp.
8slicesbaconcooked and crumbled
1cupsour cream
3/4cupfresh jalapenosdiced and seeded
2 1/2cupsshredded cheeseMexican blend or cheese of choice
1teaspoon eachgarlic powder & pepper
1sleeveRitz Crackerscrushed, (or any buttery cracker)
3tablespoonsmelted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non stick spray. Set aside.
Fry and crumble bacon. Set aside.
Place the cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth and well blended.
Add jalapenos, cheese, seasonings, and bacon. Mix well. Transfer to a prepared casserole dish.
In a small bowl, combine Ritz cracker and butter. Stir well to combine. Sprinkle over the top of the dip.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
