Ingredients
Ribs:
5poundsPork Spareribs
salt, pepper, garlic powder, seasoning salt, lemon pepperseason as desired
Sauce:
½cupbarbecue sauceyour favorite store bought brand
½cupketchup
1tablespoonchili garlic sauceoptional, add more if you like it spicy
1tablespoonminced garlicI like to use the jarred minced garlic. (found in the produce dept.)
1tablespoonhoney
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Season both sides of the ribs with seasonings. Place ribs in the prepared pan meat side up. Cover completely with foil. Place into a 300-degree oven for 1 hour.
After an hour, increase the oven temperature to 325 degrees. Continue to cook for another hour.
Make the sauce. Mix all ingredients to apply to the ribs.
Uncover and sauce ribs. Place back into the oven uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 min to an hour. Sauce again before serving if so desired.
