Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberries

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, honey, and heavy cream in a bowl. Mix well. Set aside.
  • Puree blueberries until smooth. You will have one cup of pureed blueberries. Pour into a bowl. Set aside.
  • Puree strawberries until smooth. You will have one cup of pureed strawberries. Pour into a bowl. Set aside.
  • In your popsicle mold, layer with red (strawberries), white (yogurt mix), and blue (blueberries). Place into the freezer for 6+ hours or overnight. Makes about 12 popsicles.

Notes

Note: Adding honey to the yogurt/cream mixture will keep ice crystals from forming while freezing.
Tip: To remove your popsicles from the mold, run them underwater for a few seconds, and they should "pop" right out.
