Red, White, and Blue Popsicles are "popping" with flavor and are quite refreshing. These summer treats will keep you cool all season long. Simple enough to make and enjoy on a hot summer day and perfect to serve at a holiday gathering.

Ingredients
1cupvanilla yogurt
2tablespoonshoney
½cupheavy whipping cream
2cupsblueberries
2cupsstrawberries
Instructions
Combine yogurt, honey, and heavy cream in a bowl. Mix well. Set aside.
Puree blueberries until smooth. You will have one cup of pureed blueberries. Pour into a bowl. Set aside.
Puree strawberries until smooth. You will have one cup of pureed strawberries. Pour into a bowl. Set aside.
In your popsicle mold, layer with red (strawberries), white (yogurt mix), and blue (blueberries). Place into the freezer for 6+ hours or overnight. Makes about 12 popsicles.
Notes
Note: Adding honey to the yogurt/cream mixture will keep ice crystals from forming while freezing. Tip: To remove your popsicles from the mold, run them underwater for a few seconds, and they should "pop" right out.
