Chicken Roll Ups are simple and delicious, and everyone will love them. They are made with simple pantry ingredients, wrapped in crescent rolls, and baked in the oven. As a result, there are never any leftovers.

Ingredients
2cupschickencooked and shredded
16 oz.sour cream
2cupscheddar cheese, shreddedor your favorite
1package (1oz.)dry ranch seasoning
1(10.75) cancream of chicken soup
½cupmilk
2(8oz.) canscrescent rollsrefrigerated (8 count)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch dish with cooking spray.
Combine sour cream and ranch seasoning. Stir well. Set aside.
Combine chopped chicken, sour cream mixture, 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Separate crescent rolls into 16 triangles. Top the large part of the crescent triangles with the chicken mixture. Be generous.
Roll the crescent rolls up and place them in the bottom of the prepared dish.
Mix milk and soup. Pour soup mixture over crescent rolls. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Place the baking dish into the oven and bake 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
Notes
Tip ** I had about a cup of filling left over after generously filling the crescent rolls. I had 2 options:
Make more crescent rolls.
Make chicken salad. I added a little more chicken (I had cooked earlier for this dish and didn't need it), diced onion, chopped pickles, and a spoonful of mayo. I mixed everything well and refrigerated it. Best chicken salad--EVER!
