Ingredients
1poundground beef or venison
1oniondiced
1bell pepperchopped
1tablespoonminced garlic
1(15oz.) candiced tomatoesundrained
1(10oz.) cancream of mushroom soup
¼teaspoon eachsalt, pepper, onion powder
2cupscheddar cheeseshredded
16oz. boxelbow noodles
**15oz. cantomato sauceoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Cook noodles according to package directions and then drain and set aside.
While the noodles are cooking, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, onions, bell pepper, and garlic until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are soft. Drain any excess grease.
Once the meat has browned, add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and cream of mushroom soup, and seasonings. Remove from heat.
Stir noodles into the meat mixture. Then add everything to your casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20-25 or until hot and the cheese has melted.
