These Chocolate Covered Ritz Crackers are a sweet-and-salty treat that never lasts long once they hit the table. They're incredibly easy and completely no-bake.
24ouncesAlmond Barkchocolate or vanilla or ½ a block of both
Instructions
Make the Sandwiches. Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto one cracker, then top it with another cracker to make a sandwich. Keep going until you've used up all your crackers.
Melt the Almond Bark. Break the almond bark into pieces and melt according to package directions, usually in the microwave in short intervals, stirring often until smooth.
Dip the Crackers. Using a fork, dip each peanut butter cracker sandwich into the melted almond bark. Gently tap off the excess and place it on parchment paper or a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Let The Chocolate Set. Allow the chocolate-covered Ritz crackers to set at room temperature, or refrigerate them to speed things up.
Drizzle. If you're using both chocolate and vanilla almond bark, drizzle one over the other for a pretty bakery-style finish.
