Ingredients

light red kidney beans
drained and rinsed

black beans
drained and rinsed

seasoned rice vinegar

Instructions
In a serving bowl, add the drained and rinsed beans, onion, and tomatoes.
Mix together the vinegar and oil and pour over the bean mixture. I
