Prepare your grill. I usually cook these on medium heat. All grills are different, so find the medium temperature on yours and preheat.
Place chicken tenders on the grill and grill about 5-6 minutes per side for a total of 10-12 minutes **If you have small tenders, you may not need to cook this amount of time-adjust the time. If you have larger, thicker tenders--you may need to add another minute or two to the cooking time. Cook until the juices run clear.
While the chicken is cooking, start the sauce. In a saucepan, mix hot sauce, butter, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer and stir until butter and brown sugar have completely melted. Once the chicken has cooked, toss the chicken in the sauce and coat thoroughly. Eat immediately.
