Quick and Easy Guacamole is made with simple ingredients and comes together in less than 5 minutes. Made with avocados, onion, jalapenos, and seasoning. Total yum in a bowl and fabulous for dipping.
Slice: Slice avocados lengthwise and remove the pit. With a spoon, scoop out the flesh and place in a medium bowl.
Mash: Using a potato masher, fork, or the back of a spoon, mash the avocados.
Add: Add lime juice, onion, garlic powder, jalapeno, salt, and pepper. Add cilantro. Stir until combined.
Let Chill: Cover tightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve: Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
If you have leftover guacamole, store it in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface of the guacamole. This helps prevent oxidation and keeps the guacamole fresh in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
