These sausage balls are made with just 4 simple ingredients, they're cheesy, savory, and perfect for everything from holiday mornings to game day parties.
Preheat and Prep the Pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
Combine and Mix. In a large bowl, mix the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, Bisquick, and shredded cheddar cheese until thoroughly combined.
Roll the balls. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve. Serve the Bisquick sausage balls warm or at room temperature.
Flash Freeze. You can also flash-freeze the sausage balls for a make-ahead option. Roll them into balls, place them on a baking sheet, and freeze for about an hour. Once frozen, place the balls in a zip-top bag and freeze until ready to bake.
