This Strawberry Lemonade recipe is an all-time summer favorite. It's fast to make and so refreshing to drink. Made with just a few simple ingredients and comes together in minutes.

Puree the Strawberries- Use a blender or food processor to puree the strawberries. Combine strawberries, and ½ cup of water, in a blender and blend until strawberries are completely pureed. Pour strawberry puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl and use a spatula to press as much strawberry juice as possible. Discard remaining pulp.
Make the Simple Syrup- In a small saucepan, stir together 2 1/2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water over medium heat. Heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Juice the Lemons- Squeeze and juice the lemon removing seeds. Add juice to a 1-gallon pitcher. Add simple syrup and pureed strawberries and stir to combine. Fill the pitcher with water and refrigerate until cold.
Serve- Add ice to a glass and pour strawberry lemonade over ice when ready to serve.
