8ouncesSliced Mushrooms
110.5 oz. canCream of Mushroom Soup
110.5 oz. canCream of Chicken Soup
8ouncesCream Cheese
½cupChicken Broth or Water
Salt & Pepper to taste
4cupsCooked Chickendiced or shredded
2cupsCheddar Cheeseshredded
2sleevesRitz Crackersor any butter cracker, crushed

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Roll out the crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
Layer the vegetables. Spread the diced onion over the dough, then the broccoli, and finally the mushrooms.
Make the sauce by adding cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to a pot over medium heat. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the chicken to the sauce and stir until well combined.
Pour the chicken mixture evenly over the vegetables in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the casserole.
Mix the cracker topping by combining crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
