A loaded and easy Hash brown Potato Casserole that is perfect for any special occasion, holiday, celebration, or dinner and is addictive. It is simple to bake and delicious to eat.
In a large bowl, stir soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, bacon, cheese, and potatoes. Stir to mix well and coat potatoes. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes.
Allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
If desired, you can prepare the casserole to bake later. Mix, cover, and store in the refrigerator until ready to bake. Bake as directed. To Freeze: Mix the casserole, cover, and freeze. To bake after freezing: thaw completely in the refrigerator and bake as directed above. You may need to add a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
