Ingredients

Ground Beef

Taco Seasoning

Instant Rice
uncooked

Salsa

Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain excess grease.
Add in taco seasoning and water. Stir well and allow the mixture to come to a boil.
Turn down the heat, then add in uncooked Instant Rice and stir.
Cover and cook for about 5 minutes on med-low simmer (until rice is tender.) Then remove the lid and stir in salsa and cheese.
Remove from the heat, cover and let sit for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts. It's ready to serve!
