Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Water
- 2 cups Instant Rice uncooked
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain excess grease.
- Add in taco seasoning and water. Stir well and allow the mixture to come to a boil.
- Turn down the heat, then add in uncooked Instant Rice and stir.
- Cover and cook for about 5 minutes on med-low simmer (until rice is tender.) Then remove the lid and stir in salsa and cheese.
- Remove from the heat, cover and let sit for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts. It's ready to serve!
