Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Instant Rice uncooked
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain excess grease.
  • Add in taco seasoning and water. Stir well and allow the mixture to come to a boil.
  • Turn down the heat, then add in uncooked Instant Rice and stir.
  • Cover and cook for about 5 minutes on med-low simmer (until rice is tender.) Then remove the lid and stir in salsa and cheese.
  • Remove from the heat, cover and let sit for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts. It's ready to serve!
