Chili Mac and Cheese
An easy dinner recipe that will please the whole family. Chili Mac and Cheese is super simple to make and can be added to your weeknight dinner rotation. Homemade chili, noodles, and cheese. It can't get any easier.

Ingredients
2
pounds
hamburger meat
1
onion
diced
1 ½
cups
Elbow Macarroni Noodles
uncooked

15 ounce cans
diced tomatoes
undrained
8
ounce can
tomato sauce
15
ounce can
kidney beans
drained
1
package
chili seasoning
2
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Scramble hamburger and onion together in a large *oven-safe skillet. Cook until hamburger is no longer pink. Drain.
While hamburger is cooking, in another pot, boil noodles according to package directions. Set aside.
To the hamburger mixture, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, and chili seasoning. Stir well. Add drained noodles. Stir well.
Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Top with 2 cups of cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven. Serve over corn chips. Top with sour cream and jalapenos --if desired.
**If you don't have an oven-safe skillet, pour your chili mixture into a casserole dish and place into the oven.
