Dressing

Instructions
Combine tomatoes, onion, black beans, black eyed peas, corn, pepper, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl. Toss until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over other ingredients and toss well.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Stir again just before serving.
Notes
You can substitute the dressing with Italian Dressing from a bottle.
