Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese room temperature
- 16 oz. Sour Cream light or regular
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 15 oz. can Fire Roasted Whole Kernel Corn drained
- 10 oz. can Rotel Tomatoes drained
- 7 oz. can Fire Roasted Green Chiles drained
- 2 oz. can Black Olives sliced, drained
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 jalapeno, optional seeds removed
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch to a large bowl and beat until smooth. Add other ingredients and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, tostitos, or pita chips.

Add an extra packet of Ranch Dressing Mix for more flavor.
