Instructions
Wash and dry strawberries well. Any moisture can cause the almond bark to seize up, become clumpy, and not stick to the berries.
Melt the almond bark according to the package instructions. I usually microwave it in short intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Dip each strawberry into the melted almond bark almost to the top. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
Place the covered strawberries on wax paper or a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to set. I usually allow my dipped berries to set at room temperature, but you can speed up the process by placing them in the refrigerator.
