This Easy Steak Marinade adds tremendous flavor to your steak, infuses it with flavor, and tenderizes it for the most amazing steak ever.

Ingredients
⅓

soy sauce
¼
cup
Worcestershire Sauce

lemon
juiced

tablespoons
minced garlic

tablespoon
Dry Italian Seasoning
½
cup
oil
½
teaspoon
salt and pepper
butter
optional (topping for hot steak)
Instructions
Add steaks to a large bowl, deep-pan, or zip-top bag.
Whisk together all ingredients (except butter) and pour over steaks. Marinate for several hours or overnight in the fridge.
Grill as desired. Add a slice of butter to the top of each hot steak.
Notes
Marinate 30 minutes to 10 hours.
