Notes
Sirloin Steak: Sirloin is great and my favorite cut of meat, but you could use any cut, such as ribeye, NY strip, or chuck steak. This recipe is fantastic for cheaper cuts since they cook low and slow in the crockpot.Recipe Shortcuts
Buy pre-cut steak bites: Some grocery stores sell steak tips or steak bites. If you're running short on time, this might help. I have also used thick-cut stew meat, and it works great.
Prep ahead: At night, place everything in the crockpot bowl, cover, and refrigerate. The next day, place the bowl in the crockpot and turn it on.
Make into a Freezer Meal: Place all of the ingredients into a freezer-safe bag and freeze. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, place in your slow cooker, and cook according to the instructions.
