216 oz. bagsfrozen whole kernel cornslightly thawed
2 ouncescream cheese
¼cuphoney
⅔cuphalf and half
¼ teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Place corn in a colander and rinse under cold water until no more ice can be seen. Drain well.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add the corn stirring to coat with the butter. Cook stirring for 5 minutes.
Add honey, half and half, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Bring to a low boil, cover, and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Uncover and continue to stir for 2-3 minutes until most of the liquid has soaked into the corn. Toward the end of the cooking process, please keep a close check on your corn to ensure it is not sticking.
