How to Make Honey Butter Corn

  1. Place corn in a colander and rinse under cold water until no more ice can be seen. Drain well.

Ingredients Needed

Corn– I use yellow whole kernel corn for this recipe. It’s found in the freezer section of my local grocery store.

Butter: Doesn’t butter make everything better? Most of the time, I use salted butter in my recipes.

Cream Cheese: Just a little will do. Cream Cheese makes this dish extra creamy and delicious.

Honey– Honey adds a little sweetness to this dish.

Half & Half: A little bit of half & half adds so much flavor.

Salt & Pepper: The only two seasonings you will need for this simple dish.

This recipe comes together super fast, and I know you will love this dish, especially the creamy sauce. Honey, butter, cream cheese, and half & half all come together to make this the most delicious corn. Plus, it’s all cooked in one skillet, and that’s always a good thing.

So for your next side dish, make it extraordinary instead of making it ordinary. Enjoy!
