A fast, no-bake dessert that is perfect for those hot summer days. Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is made with Ice cream sandwiches, cool whip, cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and chocolate syrup. Perfect for a summertime dessert.
Cream together cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip. Set aside.
Layer 1--Line the bottom of a 8x11 casserole dish with 6 ice cream sandwiches. You may need to cut the last sandwich to fit.
Layer 2--Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the ice cream sandwiches.
Layer 3--Place the rest of the ice cream sandwiches on top of the cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip over top. Drizzle Chocolate syrup over the Cool Whip. Place into the freezer until ready to serve.
