Jalapeno Popper Dip with Bacon

Ingredients
- 2 8oz. cream cheese room temp.
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup fresh jalapenos diced and seeded
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese Mexican blend or cheese of choice
- 1 teaspoon each garlic powder & pepper
- 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers crushed, (or any buttery cracker)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non stick spray. Set aside.
- Fry and crumble bacon. Set aside.
- Place the cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth and well blended.
- Add jalapenos, cheese, seasonings, and bacon. Mix well. Transfer to a prepared casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, combine Ritz cracker and butter. Stir well to combine. Sprinkle over the top of the dip.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
