Oreo Cookie Balls {3 Ingredients}
Delicious little bite-sized dessert treats covered in a vanilla or chocolate almond bark. Perfect for a snack, holiday treat, or party.

Ingredients

16 ounce package
Oreo Cookies
crushed to crumbs
1
8 ounce block
Cream Cheese
room temperature
1
24 ounce package
Almond Bark
white vanilla or chocolate
Instructions
Dump the cookies into a food processor or zip-top bag. Pulse or crush the cookies until crumbs.
Transfer the cookie crumbs to a large mixing bowl and add the softened cream cheese.
Mix well.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop the balls to the desired size. Roll the balls slightly, if desired, for a round shape.
Place the balls on wax/parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Place the balls into the freezer for about 15 minutes while you melt the Almond Bark or chocolate.
Melt the Almond Bark/Chocolate according to package directions or until smooth and melted.
Remove the Oreo balls from the freezer. Dip each ball in the Almond Bark/chocolate and place it back onto the wax/parchment paper to dry.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
