Ingredients

butter

Fresh sliced mushrooms

onion
finely diced

chicken broth

Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and onion and sauté for a few minutes until mushrooms begin to soften and the onion becomes translucent.
Over low heat, stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 15-20 minutes.
