Recipe FAQs

This is a personal preference. I like to use white mushrooms and baby Bella mushrooms. These are usually budget-friendly and easily found in the produce department of my local grocery store.

I always rinse my mushrooms before cooking them. I rinse, drain, and dry them well before adding them to the skillet. Some might disagree with rinsing them, but I do. If you don’t want to rinse your mushrooms, you can take a damp rag and wipe them down on the tops and underneath to remove any dirt.
