Steakhouse Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound Fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion finely diced
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- ¼ teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and onion and sauté for a few minutes until mushrooms begin to soften and the onion becomes translucent.
- Over low heat, stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Going forward, these mushrooms will always top my homemade steaks! Yum!
