Toasting Pecans in the Oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Melt butter or use oil.
Place pecans in a single layer on the baking sheet and drizzle with butter or oil. Stir to ensure all pecans are evenly coated.
Roast in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. About halfway through the cooking process, flip the pecans over.
Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle with salt.
